Timecode 9:00, I spoke about how I should have been more courageous and asked for help. You should too. Call someone, see a doctor, if you have been feeling toxically down for a long time. #mentalhealthawareness is key. How are you today?

The truth is, we are never going to be certain of the decisions we make. The learning curve is definitely a steep and dramatic one when you challenge yourself to work in a foreign environment unprotected, unfamiliar.
I’m wary of sounding self-righteous or worse humble bragging, so I try not to preach what’s brave or what’s not. We live through our own distress and adversity the best way we can.
So for me, it’s wine, more wine, and the afternoon escapades to the Ambassador’s house for laksa and rojak.
